Description:

When managers sign into Hitachi ID Access Certifier, perhaps because they were invited to do so by an e-mail with an embedded URL, they are presented with their required actions. In this case, a manager has a list of users and entitlements to review.

In this example, a manager notes that one of the people identified as his subordinate in the original list actually works for a different manager now. He corrects this by transferring the user to his correct supervisor.

Description:

Once all the people and entitlements have been reviewed and individually certified, transferred, terminated or disabled, the manager can sign off -- meaning that the review is complete and any changes should be submitted back to the Access Certifier workflow engine as change requests which may require further approvals before being applied to integrated systems and applications.
