Stake-holders are invited to review users and entitlements within their scope of authority. Invitations (and reminders) are sent out by e-mail, and reiterated on the main ID-Certify® login page, as shown here.

In this example, a manager reviews his direct subordinates. He can certify that they still work for him, indicate that they have already been terminated or indicate that they have been transferred elsewhere in the organization.

A manager with many subordinates may not be sure about the identity of some of them. The "Who is this?" button next to each user allows the manager to learn more about any subordinate.

The reviewing manager has to certify security rights - not just employment status. This is done in a details page for each subordinate, as shown here.

If a manager has finished his review, but his subordinate managers have not, he cannot sign off. Traffic light symbols enable the manager to identify incomplete subordinate managers, so that they can be reminded to finish.

Our manager can use the ID-Certify user interface to send e-mails directly to tardy subordinates, asking them to finish up their own certifications.

Once all subordinate managers have completed their own reviews, a manager can sign off on his own review.

The sign-off summarizes any changes (terminations, transfers and access reductions) that a manager has requested, and constitutes a legal statement by the manager remaining users and entitlements are appropriate. Managers must sign this agreement, using a validated password, creating an effective audit trail.
